Measuring Risk

One of the leading cost factors for risk management programs is how you measure risk and how that function is integrated into your organization.

If you use qualitative methods, you don’t need a tool or mathematical models. Instead, you are relying on subject matter expertise. This is the lowest cost method for analyzing risk and it is often the least accurate.

Quantitative methods assign numerical values to risk. This generally requires some tools for executing the analytical calculations but need not be expensive. Quantitative analysis is more accurate and dependable than qualitative.

Advanced mathematical models can be used to forecast risk events. Until recently these were very expensive. This program includes two advanced mathematical models and training to shift from simple qualitative methods to more advanced and accurate analysis.

You’ll also get a custom risk register, the key tool for aggregating and managing risk.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed to support the risk manager and an analyst as they perform and present risk analysis to senior leadership. This is the perfect package for a risk manager and analyst tasked with supporting executives and board members in addressing risk across the organization.
